    SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

    1. Program Description

    This messaging program is operated by Business Operations Depot (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to communicate with prospective and current clients who expressly opt in through the Contact Us form, Strategy Call booking form or Chat Widget available on BizOpsDepot.com.

    Depending on the specific consent provided, messages may include non-marketing content, such as responses to inquiries, strategy call confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, account notifications and service-related communications, and/or marketing content, such as promotions, new service announcements and special offers.

    2. How You Opt In

    You may opt in to SMS messaging through the following methods:

    • Contact Us Form: You may select a dedicated, optional and unchecked checkbox for non-marketing SMS messages and/or a separate optional and unchecked checkbox for marketing SMS messages. The form may be submitted without selecting either checkbox.
    • Strategy Call Booking Form: You may select an optional and unchecked checkbox to receive non-marketing SMS messages relating to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information and related service updates. The appointment may be booked without consenting to SMS messages.
    • Chat Widget: You may enter your contact information, select the SMS consent checkbox and submit your information through the Chat Widget after being presented with its messaging disclosure. Consent provided through the Chat Widget applies only to the types of messages identified in that disclosure.

    Marketing consent is collected separately from non-marketing consent where applicable. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing our Services.

    3. Cancellation Instructions

    You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via a final SMS. After this confirmation, you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

    4. Support Information

    If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly at BizOpsDepot@gmail.com or (832) 261-9201 during regular business hours.

    5. Carrier Liability

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    6. Message & Data Rates

    Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the campaigns you are enrolled in. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

    7. Supported Carriers

    Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

    8. Age Restriction

    You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.

    We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

Business Operations Depot provides AI-powered lead engagement, customer communication, and business automation systems to service-based businesses, including AI voice and chat employees, database reactivation campaigns, reputation and review management, and referral growth systems (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to particular Services.
