About Business Operations Depot
Business Operations Depot (BizOps Depot) was founded with a simple mission: to help small businesses grow without adding administrative burden to their day-to-day operations.
For trades professionals and service-based businesses, time is the most valuable resource. Whether you're under a sink, in an attic, on a job site, or traveling between appointments, every minute spent managing calls, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, or handling customer follow-up is time not spent serving customers and generating revenue.
At the same time, today's businesses must consistently manage lead capture, appointment scheduling, customer reviews, referrals, promotions, follow-up communications, and customer service issues. These functions are critical to long-term success, yet they often compete with the work that drives the business forward.
That's where BizOps Depot delivers true value.
We deploy AI-powered voice agents and intelligent business automation solutions that operate 24/7 days a week. Our systems engage customers, answer questions, capture leads, schedule appointments, follow up with prospects, manage review campaigns, and support ongoing customer communications—all without requiring your direct involvement.
By automating routine operational tasks, BizOps Depot enables business owners and their teams to focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional service, completing more jobs, and growing their business.
Simply put, while you work in your business, BizOps Depot helps your business work for you.
Our Back Story

Todd A Gaspard grew up in New Iberia, Louisiana, with a childhood dream of one day working for NASA. From stocking shelves at a grocery store after school, to laboring in a salt mine during the summers, to cleaning barges alongside his father, he worked tirelessly to save money for college and earn a degree in Computer Engineering. That dream became a reality on September 25, 1989, when Todd joined NASA immediately after college. He worked software and served as a Flight Engineer aboard the NASA Shuttle Training Aircraft and the WB-57 high-altitude research aircraft. Over a distinguished career spanning more than 34 years, Todd contributed to NASA's mission through his technical expertise, operational support, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
After a rewarding career, Todd retired from NASA in January 2024. He now enjoys playing pickleball and managing his rental portfolio. Never one to stop learning, he soon found himself captivated by the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence (AI). By early 2026, he had developed a new passion: leveraging AI technology to help small, local businesses compete more effectively, improve operations, and thrive within their unique market niches. This passion ultimately led him to start Business Operations Depot, turning his vision of accessible, automated growth into a reality for service professionals.
